Donnell Gillespie, better known as Big Daddy, is a native of Philadelphia. Donnell has been signing with Harold Melvin’s group since 1990. Under Harold’s school of teaching in the early 90’s, Donnell has developed to be on of the greatest singers of R & B music

Rufus Thorne, Jr., Fus, as the ladies call him, is a native of Philadelphia. He has been part of Harold’s camp since the 1980’s. Fuss tenor voice and unique dance style, helps to keep their unique stage performance that the Blue Notes are known for alive.

Anthony Brooks, Tony, hails from our nation’s capitol. Tony, as the late legendary Harold Melvin, keeps the smoothness there. His smooth dance style and voice complements the Baritone vocals of Donnell.

John Morris is the baby of the group. He, too, is a native of Philadelphia. John has been sing in the area for many years prior to him being asked to be a member of the camp. His voice along with his good looks completes the dynamic sounds of Harold Melvin’s Blue Notes.
